Crankshaft is the most important parts for engine ,because crankshaft need to support the very big force from connecting rod, so the high tensile strength for products is very strict. In order to get high performance, high tensile strength, high rotate speed, Our crankshaft all use heat treatment, surface peening , Ion Plasma nitriding, gas nitriding treatment and so on. Our main materials have 45,50Mn,40Cr,35CrMo,42CrMo,4340 and so on.
